How to request deletion
Email contact@basecodelabs.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the product (website, BCL OneCampus ERP, or school app), the login or admission number, and the institution name if it is a school or college account.
What we delete
We disable the login and remove or anonymise account data we control, subject to legal retention (invoices, security logs) and the institution’s role as controller of student or staff records. School and college records are deleted or retained according to that institution’s instructions.
Timing
We aim to complete account-deletion requests within 30 days. The institution may need extra time if the request is for a student or staff record they administer.
