BaseCode Labs IP
Unless a contract assigns them, we retain rights in source code, frameworks, UI components, software architecture, product names, logos, templates, documentation and proprietary tools — including BCL OneCampus ERP.
Client IP
Clients retain rights in content they supply: logos, photographs, documents and institutional data. We use those materials only to deliver the engagement.
Custom development
Ownership or license of custom source code follows the signed project agreement for that work. This website does not make a universal claim that all custom code always belongs to the client or always belongs to BaseCode Labs.
