- BaseCode Labs — provides and operates the technology platform under the service agreement
- Students, parents and staff — use the institution’s platform with the permissions the institution grants
Typical record types
Student and parent data, staff and HR data, attendance, fees, examination results, library and internal communications may all live in the tenant if those modules are enabled. Exact legal duties follow the institution’s contract and applicable law. This page does not replace that contract.
